Charles Barkley Says Politicians Fueling Divide Racial Divide

Former NBA star/CBS analyst Charles Barkley said on Sunday that politicians are fueling the divide between whites and Blacks to maintain power. Meanwhile, Trump urges boycott of woke companies, and more in conservative politics.

Charles Barkley Claims Politicians Are Fueling Racial Divide

Former NBA star and analyst for CBS sports Charles Barkley isn’t one to shy away from political topics, given that sports leagues like the NBA have been involved in woke politics, the Daily Wire reported. He has previously spoken out against the “defund the police movement” and the death of Breonna Taylor saying “her boyfriend did shoot at the cops and shot a cop.”

On Saturday, during the “Final Four Show,” Barkley said politicians were intentionally fueling the racial divide in order to “keep their grass on money and power” and that the “system” was fostering hatred to “scramble the middle class.”

But I think our system is set up where our politicians, whether they’re Republicans or Democrats, are designed to make us not like each other, so they can keep their grasp [on] money and power,” said Barkley. “I truly believe in my heart most white people and black people are awesome people.”

“But we are so stupid following our politicians, whether they are Republicans or Democrats, and their only job is, ‘Hey, let’s make these people not like each other,” Barkley continued. “We don’t live in their neighborhoods. [We’ve] all got money. Let’s make the whites and blacks not like each other; let’s make rich people and poor people not like each other; let’s scramble the middle class.’”

Trump urges Americans: “We…Can Play the Game Better Than Them”

On Saturday evening, former President Donald Trump encouraged people to boycott “woke” companies and organizations that are caving to the political left, the Daily Wire reported.

Trump’s statement follows major league baseball (MLB) and announcing it is moving the All-Star game and draft out of Atlanta Georgia, following a vote by Georgia officials to enact a new law ensuring the security of the state’s elections.

“For years the Radical Left Democrats have played dirty by boycotting products when anything from that company is done or stated in any way that offends them,” Trump said in a statement. “It is finally time for Republicans and Conservatives to fight back—we have more people than they do—by far!”

Trump then laid out the names of a number of companies he said Americans should boycott: “Boycott Major League Baseball, Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines, JPMorgan Chase, ViacomCBS, Citigroup, Cisco, UPS, and Merck.”

“Don’t go back to their products until they relent,” Trump added. “We can play the game better than them.”

Georgia County to Lose Over $100 million Over Election Law

According to Holly Quinlan, president and CEO of Cobb Travel and Tourism, after the MLB announced it is moving the All-Star game draft out of the state of Georgia, the “estimated lost economic impact” Cobb county stands to lose over $100 million, the Daily Wire reported.

The pullout follows what many are calling false claims about Georgia’s new election laws, according to the Washington Post reported on inaccurate statements being made about the changes.
